So I was playing the game on PS5 and put my controller down and walked away for a couple minutes and it auto locked me out. I went to log back in and all of my characters were gone. I have a level 51 Necromancer and a level 25 barbarian. There are so many issues with this game. I’m going to request a refund either through Blizzard or PS5 and honestly we might want to try suing them or make such a storm that they do what happened with cyberpunk and I refund money. This game is buggy and just not reliable. They need to fix the crap that’s going on in the game that makes it to where it doesn’t work not do balance fix on characters. But we’ve all bought the game so just like Call of Duty with Activision why fix what’s not broken monetarily.

Just happened to me as well. All three of my characters are gone. Why pay for early access just to waste every day getting kicked and not able to log back in, not be able to salvage properly, not be able to teleport back to town, and essentially act as beta testers for a clearly buggy game? I’m furious. Never again will I buy early access. What a scam!
