Hello, I recently started playing again and logged in with my character Ovilon and noticed that all my items in my trunk had disappeared, and I no longer had the new slots I had bought, as if I had never used the trunk (I have now bought the slots again). I’m wondering why I lost all the items I’ve stored since I started playing with this character. I would like a solution to this problem, thanks.
Are you playing eternal or seasonal??
Seasonal stash tabs have to be rebought every season, eternal are permanent for life…

I still have my Season 1 Rogue. All her stuff stays just how I left it. Hopefully you did not play PTR, that was never intended to stay.

What time frame are we talking about?
If your character was created as a seasonal hero, at the seasons end it was transferred to Eternal, and your items in seasonal stash sent to your eternal stash. You only had a set time (30 days, I believe?) to retrieve said items.
Advice for the future - a day or so before season end, go thru your stash and decide what you really want to keep. Put these items in your personal inventory and sell the rest. Problem avoided.

No, basically you have until the begining of next season…
But it only happen to finished season stashed items, the equiped gear stays…
Hey OP, here is my guess. I am sure the experts will correct me if I am not understanding.
If you were playing a season, at the end of that season all your stuff in the stash should have gone to eternal for you to get. Your character and what you had on it will transfer to eternal, but whatever was in your seasonal stash goes into a temporary holding area.
I think you only have until the end of the next season to move your seasonal stash loot in this space into your eternal stash though. If you played season 2 and are now looking for the loot that was in your stash, it probably got deleted a long time ago.

I wouldn’t know about time allowed, I always clear out my crap before season ends - I never have to worry about it.
I know equipped items stay. OP was specifically talking about his stash items.
There’s a tip on the char selection screen…
Never paid attention to it. As I said, this issue never affects me.
