Lore explanation why Belial is "stronger/better" than Duriel or Andariel

Hi,

like the title says, is the in game some quest or text or whatever that would explain lorewise, why he is now a “better” minor lord of hell? Especially in comparison to Duriel and Andariel, who are also considered minor lords of hell.

I’m not talking meta mechanic wise, bcs yeah, they needed more or better content.

And yeah, i didn’t pay too much attention on the last seasons bounty quest.

Belial is “stronger” in the sense that Duriel and Andariel are just “echoes” in their lairs in Estuar, while Belial actually shows up for real, but got defeated in season 8 and is now cooling off in his palace with occasional mocking by wanderers…

While other Lesser Evils like Duriel and Andariel are powerful in their own right, their roles are more focused on torture and anguish, rather than large-scale military campaigns. Belial, while cunning and manipulative, is more of a schemer than a direct combatant. He simply manipulates others to do his bidding with organized plans. Duriel and Andariel are brutes, Belial looks at things on a larger scale. Azmodan and Belial vie for dominance within the hierarchy of Hell.

I’m aware of that lore, which would make him more of an officer in military ranks then an seargent and yeah, i could stick with that.
The anser of the SageBright does also makes sense to me. I think, it is a good explanation.

thanks. Duriel and Andariel could have just spent 1/10th of their essence when summoned into Estuar mainly not intended for combat, but to receive information or offerings from their minions carrying out endeavors outside of hell.

Duriel will be the hardest if he wasnt neutered by his holy freeze aura taken away and you cant chug thaw potions
