So, I’m getting close to be 100 level, 1 waxing gibbous still so far and a lower level at that, which is holding me wayyyyyyyy back, but 20 stupid butcher cleaves. Big super ninja nerf on drop rates with anything dealing with shred, they can say wtf they want to. 2nd is how is it that when I first got into world tier 4 my 790-800+ gear drops from bosses ect. are way superior to anything I get to drop now and I’m doing 25+ tier dungeons ahead of my level? I get mostly 690+780 loot drops, I get one 800+ out of ever 80 items that drop? Meaning, when I was little level 54 in tier 4 with better drops rates than me now doing nm dungeons of 75? If anyone knows please feel free to chime in because this is absurd.
ps. And it would be nice to have totem choices, but again hard to have choices when they keep throwing levels 746 and 760s at me all the time.

Varshan in T4 always drops at least 2 pieces that are ilvl 800. There ya go.
I acquired my current weapon and offhand at level 80 and 70 respectively.
Now at 93 doing L+10 NMs, my drops are all -400 dps in comparison, and I’m still using those two.
It does seem a bit wonky. I clear every single NM to the last demon, so it can’t be said I’m missing drop opportunities.
RNG is just that. Loot tables are not broken you just dont like RNG.

Im 98 now, rogue and still rocking my item lvl 779 crossbow with vul dam/crit dam/dex/core skill damage i got in the early 80s.
Sadly there is no unique crossbow. But even if there was one it might be the stat quality of a windforce or eyes in the dark. 
Unless you don’t use Barber heart, Waxing Gibbous is useless because the heart will get most of the killing blows and you won’t be able to proc the axe’s effect.
If you want to effectively use Waxing Gibbous then you have to lose Barber heart.

Varshan (WT4) always drops at least 2 yellow or higher pieces of ilvl 800. It’s guaranteed. Go and actually kill him, and you’ll see for yourself. You can also nab Legendaries and Uniques from him. Takes about 5 mins/run. You should actually try it before spreading misinformation.
Well he may suppose to drop 2 rares guaranteed but I can promise you not everytime time it was 2, as I was typing this earlier I got 1 blue 1 yellow. I haven’t had any leg. or uniques drop. I’ve killed t4 version 8-10 times.
Ps. It shouldn’t take 5 min. I can do it under a min…

No need to be sour dood… I’m not here to win or lose. Yes my questions and statements may be blunt, or negative, but at the time of writing I’m feeling negative about what ever it is I’m writing about.
Just like when I go to hit something I’m still getting paused on my actions when I’m close to a doorway or wall or statue, my guy will literally just stand there and not hit or auto hit, I have to jump out or to the other side to resume hitting. Why does this occur I don’t know, but it has cost me many lives in hard dungeons. This shouldn’t be happening, a lot of things shouldn’t be happening, and when it does it’s upsetting.
