I agree with this article. I cant advance. The grind is a slog and no longer fun. I cant advance past Torment 2. The loot just sucks. I spend more time salvaging entire inventory than getting decent upgrades. Im not even expecting the best, but give me something. Ive been doing uber bosses, infernals, nightmare dungeons, world bosses, legion events, seasonal witch runs, and the Pit. Im stuck at pit 42. Cant advance.
All i want is the raven pet! And the last chapter requires Torment IV to complete it. I guess the raven pet isnt happening for me. Im bored AF with the no-progress slog of a grind.

They did a good job rebalancing mat drops. I didnt run out of stuff. We just need a very basic filter to see non GA items or not
There’s just too much loot, after a couple days of doing the event zones you’re really just hunter GA items and will never run out of anything from melting non-GA legos. Uniques have their own special aspects so you cant put them on other items.
Exactly. There is so much loot that drops its creates loot fatigue. Yes the GA system im not looking at 99% of loot but it non-ga shouldnt be seen in T4. They need to give us an auto salvage loot filter that we can control.
We also shouldnt need to goto town every 5 min because of the loot explosion.

You must be really bad at this game in oreder to the stuck at t2. I recommend some tutorial or maxroll guides, because you clearly have no clue tf you are doing.

You clearly have no clue what you are talking about. Im only as good as my drops. I have a good build and ive maxed out my gear to the best of my ability. The loot i get is less than what i wear.
And its obviously a big issue (see article) if its being called out and not a me issue.

Idk man my loot is great.
I was stuck in t3 with minions necro (my fav build since s2) for a week, then yesterday after a few more 
I thought, we have armory! Then I saved the minion build and made a nesquik wave necro and boy…
Followed the maxroll build, “a few hours later” after respecing, tempering and what not, got to kill all t4 bosses in seconds and then pit 80. Still need mats and 2ga items for minmax, but this season is very fun. Oh, i forgot to mention that I got the shroud from 2 sparks cache a day before. The necro blood wave definitely have a great fun potential this season. I can only play 2-3h a day so this build is great for me.
I have to say my experience with loot this season has been pretty lackluster.
All I get are Staves of the Lycander. My buddy is on his 15th Doombringer. I get nothing but garbage mythics and we’re farming for those fabled 2+ GA ones. They’re dropping, but they’re all trash. Nothing worth our time. I even smashed like the 8 I had and then crafted blacksmithing caches. That dropped nothing but mythic staves. Not even kidding. 4 Staves of Lycander at once.
It’s a bit frustrating.

Need better gear so you can work on getting better gear. Sounds like how it was in S0…“miserable slog” was pretty apt. Haven’t played much in Eternal these days…didn’t bother with the season.
Loot is far of the garbage level of the S6, this is non sense to say something like this in a season when 1 and 2 GA pop everywhere.
I agree loot is pure garbage.
I only got a good stuff thanks to diablo.trade because if i had to only count on what i get…
The worst part is we get tons and tons of legs but 99% is pure sh*t. But we even have to read a lot of them in case we’d miss some good aspect… this part is really boring.
All about loots need to be fixed quickly, especially if the game will give as much loot in next seasons as it gives in s7.
We really need a loot filter even one which only works in the inventory (because loots only shows when they are in inventory, not on the ground when they drop in 1st place so i suspect they can’t do a “normal” filter right now…).
But if we could highlight the stuff we need with an “inventory” filter, it would be very cool and would allow us to save a LOOOOOT of time !

I’ve been speed farming T4 for over a week now. Hundreds of bosses, hordes, witch zones, helltide, Nmd’s, undercity, and pit 105 on repeat.
Barely anything good. Nothing great. Bad luck I guess. I wasn’t going to play this season but my kid started playing so I hopped in and I’m already over it.
