Great update right before season start you know that extra armor will make up for the 50% or higher nerf to everyones survivability. They can concentrate on this trash but not on what matters in the game like itemization, end game bore, all the broken builds that kill uber Lilith in under 2 minutes while barbarian is still fighting her since patch 1.1.0a we got her 1/3 of the way down in phase one but we might get there by 2028. Incompetent company seariously.
#### Season of the Malignant
**Items**
* Malignant Hearts will now always grant armor that directly maps
with their item power.
**World Tiers**
* Removed the level requirement for World Tiers III and IV.
I speak for the ENTIRE Diablo 4 community here with this list of changes.
Players are earning WAY too much gold. Gold drops and sell prices on items should be cut down by AT LEAST 50%. Also, prices on enchantment, gem upgrades, repairs, etc should be increased threefold.
Players are still, somehow, surviving in lower-level NM dungeons. This needs to be fixed by increasing monster CC times significantly, increasing monster damage output, and removing the “Armor” and “Damage Reduction” stats from gear entirely.
Cooldowns are WAY too short. We should be standing around, doing nothing for AT LEAST 2 minutes between monster packs. Final Fantasy 11 had a 2-Hour wait time between Ultimate skills, and this should absolutely be implemented in D4 ASAP!
Players are earning Legendary items and Uniques WAY too easily. Blizz should put a hard cap of 1 Legendary or Unique item per player account per day. Make rare items far harder to find. Level 80 players should be decked out in Blue items, not yellow, orange and whatever color uniques are.
Can we bring back XP loss on death for WT3 and WT4? Death should be PUNISHING like in Diablo 2. Players should lose their entire XP bar of progress every time they die and have to corpse run to get a little of it back.
Players are earning WAY too much XP. After level 80, players should be limited to 1 XP point per enemy killed with a hard cap of 1000 XP per day AND 5000 XP per week.
Uber Uniques drop WAY too often. These should be something that 99.99% of the player base will never see in their lifetimes. Even better if you can make them drop only for level 100 players who have to use a specific skill combination like old fighting games on every monster pack to have a 0.0000000000000000001% chance of an Uber Unique.
There aren’t enough bad affixes for items. We need to AT LEAST double the number of potential affixes that can roll on an item. Bring back Light Radius!
The horse is perfect and needs no changes whatsoever. Although, it SHOULD be gated behind a paywall.
The camera is zoomed out WAY too far. I can barely see my character’s armor! We need to tighten the camera up even more so that melee is literally the only way every class can play.
I feel like a free battlepass doesn’t incentivize the community to spend more money. Seasons should cost every player AT LEAST $30, and absolutely NO progress should carry over between seasons. No altars. No map. No campaign. Start 100% from scratch every single time and have players pay you for the privilege.
Game feels too dark. We need more rainbows, smiling clouds, unicorns, and teddy bears like in Diablo 3. This aesthetic should be applied to the entire game. Astaroth needs a total voice overhaul to say “uwu” after every line.
Using a town portal should spawn an “Uber Butcher” who chases the player through town and deals 10x more damage and has 10x more life. He should also drop no loot.
There are too many classes. Players should ONLY be allowed to play Sorcerer.
These are all changes we expect to see in Season 2 to make this game better.
diablo 4 gonna have as much zero endgame content after 2 years until they release expansion up until then its gonna be terrible season themes crap wich adds ONE SINGLE THING to the game
The end of season 1 gives a new major patch hopefully, which better have a Resistance fix.
But yes, it does nothing for Eternal realm. The whole season model is a disgrace. All content should be available in both Eternal and Season at the same time.
It’s incredibly lucky to me that I decided to level in the season, because this whole “we nerfed the crap out of you in eternal, but here’s some scraps in the season” would definitely not sit well if I was just planning on staying eternal.
I don’t see them giving more than 750 armor total between all 3 jewelry items we were socketing skulls in before which gave a total of all 3 being 750 armor. I bet each heart will give 250 armor for hearts that have over 800 item power. So when you get a low tier one you will get like 10 armor and it will be a useless stat like 99.99% of the stats already in the game are.
