monsters are monsters, just give us more of them to slaughter please.
who cares what model they use to depict them. just need more monster density, preferably elites that have a slightly higher chance of dropping gear.

Vampires are ok, if it were “Season of Red Ghost or Wasp” then i might consider to skip that season because of the 2 mob i hate the most 
Someone said the vampire theme is somehow related to something D:I is doing around the same time.
Can anyone clarify that? Is there some intention to cross MTX things?
Like we do more than spam 1 button in D4 running barber, sacrilegious and decrep aura all season haven’t used more than bone spear every now in then blood mist and bone storm still its mainly a 1 button spam fest.
I don’t know classes outside of druid and rogue. I definitely don’t spam 1 button, even with barber.
I’m not playing POE so I press more than 1 button in D4.

I don’t really expect new content from Seasons. I only expect new content if I pay extra for it, whether people call it DLCs or Expansions is just semantics. I don’t expect either one for free.
Of course, correcting flaws in the game generally should always be for free. D4 Seasons are free and the changes for Season 2 are listed here:

Too bad some of those changes won’t be made earlier, but I might come back to D4 when Season 2 drops, but odds are (I hope) that another game that interests me will be released by October. After all, my friends and I would come back to play D3 Seasons about twice a year. And in that process, bought every D3 expansion, so it’s not a bad marketing strategy.
