Hi blizzard… i understand, in s8 was very high, but now is really very bad… 100% cap on combustion is bad… yes, not need 9000%x but need more than 100% . Maybe only 300-500 . Stop still destroyed burning builds , because sorc have lot nice burning variants , but you blizzard still destroyed this efect… again i write , not need 9000%x … but need more than 100…
