Logging into the launcher works fine, the game launches, connects to the servers, then a queue, and then an error.
The lobby server is unavailable. Please check the game version.

Checking and updating didn’t help.

I am having this problem too, and it seems like this has been happening since 2023.

I have already checked for updates and ran the “Scan & Repair” tool. I also restarted my PC, but the problem persists. I enter the queue, and it looks like I’m about to enter the game, but then I get Error 397000, which says my game version is incorrect. How is this possible after a repair?

Reset the Battle.net cache

The Battle.net cache can sometimes become corrupted, causing connection issues. To reset the cache, close the Battle.net launcher completely, then delete the following folders:

  1. C:\ProgramData\Blizzard Entertainment\Battle.net

  2. C:\Users[username]\AppData\Local\Battle.net

  3. C:\Users[username]\AppData\Roaming\Battle.net

Update your network drivers

Affect only EU for many Blizzard games.
