Yes this very sad pay for a game that works and it’s still crashing like you said since thursday and this sat. give us a break already and fix it. Even tried scan repair and this doesn’t help
I have same problem. I get the splash screen and it hangs up. D4 retail not responding.
Another thread recommended renaming dstorage.dll in the game folder to dstorage.dllbackup. Worked for me, so far so good.

Was going to say that between yesterday and today, I’ve had Diablo IV retail stop responding ~ 8 times now…
I’ve also had it stop responding at least once while teleporting to town… I’m hoping I didn’t just lose everything from the last vault run I’d just completed.
Same thing with me last two days. I tried Windows key+r %programdata% and deleted the blizzard entertainment folder but that no longer working either
