Locrans Talisman - Worth Using?

So I had one of these drop with a GA on the Critical Strike Chance (175%). After master working it could get really good.

The other affixes (2% all stats, Max Resource, Res to all elements) are normal.

.38% CSC bonus.

My Bash Barb with GF that is Crit heavy seems to be a good candidate for this…or maybe my Fireball Sorc.

I do not see ANY sites with this in their builds though which makes me leery it might be broken or not worth it.

Any feedback is appreciated.

Bash Barb - depends on how much Fury you’re at over 100. In S4, there wasn’t much of an incentive to go crazy on Fury because HotA didn’t really scale with it any longer. Locran’s kind of fixes that.

I don’t have a Barb in S5, but I suspect the same holds true. You needs tons of Fury to make Locran’s worth it, and you give up too much for it. Plus you give up an Amulet Aspect and 2x Tempers.
