The aspect on the Locran’s Talisman amulet says crit chance is increased by 0.40% per unit of primary resource i.e. at 100 essence it should increase Crit Chance by 40% (it maximum). It is only increasing it by the raw 0.40% without multilplying it by the amount of primary resource.
same here not working i have one +0,40% per 1 resource i have 160 and when .
i use 100x 0,40 its 40% crit chance + my crit chance is 52% its 92% chance but when i test it with my whirwind barb nothing crits is ±49% and same with my druid 92% crit chance is great i want see almost every hits crits but no its broken and useles crap talisman now
