Anyone else having issues with their smoldering ashes being locked?

Yes, always using an Opal and not getting reputation for it so my ashes have been perma locked. IMO its a cool change but the fact that the opal isnt working as intended to earn reputation is ruining it.

This post is now 3 weeks old and the bug is still happening albeit it seems that it only happens to random people.
I’ve been able to accept all my other favors…except the smouldering ashes.
I have been a big supporter of the Diablo series since the very beginning but this bug along with multiple other bugs I’ve encountered this season is really starting to wear on me.
