Local event in the Field of Hared (Kehjistan) and Unsavory Oddities vendor (both) are bugged

Completing the left local event will never count towards the Whispering Tree in the Field of Hared (Kehjistan).
Also, only tunic, gloves, boots and pants show up at the Unsavory Oddities vendor, no caps. It seems to be just my account.

Is this the only way to contact Blizzard regarding these issues?

It is not just you. I posted about the missing cap item from the unsavory oddities vendors in the pvp areas the day of the 1.1.0a patch hit when they vanished. Been 3 patches now and still not fixed
