I am playing with my partner in the local Co Op mode, we are going through the campaign from the beginning together, we encountered a problem when player 1 after completing the mission: mount, Donan’s favor, has access to the Horse while the other player did not get it and after entering the stables a message is displayed: limited access.
can anyone tell me what specifically we are doing wrong and how to get out of this situation?
