I like the tips on the loading screens, however; most of the time I don’t have
enough time to read it all. I was thinking maybe the text of the tip could be
included in the chat screen for the player like other text or at least the option
to do that?

Being able to set the time for the messages in the option settings would be the answer.

I’d like an in-game option to turn off those tips, or at the very least have them displayed elsewhere so that than can be read freely.
