Patch 1.1.1 load screen time IS slightly longer than current D3 version by 1sec-ish.
It “feels maddening LONG” compared to 6.6.23 launch version of around 5 sec.
& btw,
DID or (did not) devs marketed hyped up advantages of mmo online world D4 over D3
loading times snappier/faster

Hey, Those devs spend a lot of time implementing those loading screen tips. You better make sure you be able to read them. If the game is to fast, better install it on a HDD.
I can live with a 10 sec loading screen. If the music is something like like classic 90’s Metal.
True. Launch version 1.0.0 was too speedy, couldn’t handle 20% of those tooltips, the wordy ones. =S
Somehow, current patched D4 feels like D3+1sec , Oh I mean, tested! haiz
My load times are for sure longer in 1.1.1 and for those of you saying to enjoy the tooltips… the screen is black for the extra time introduced in 1.1.1 before going to the normal load screen for the normal 5-10 seconds. Sometimes it isn’t the black screen but just the game frozen for 10-15 seconds before transitioning to the normal loading screen.
