I have all razer products and have recently wiped and refreshed all software as needed by hardware upgrade upon launch was directed to load Synapse 4 and followed all razers instructions linking Diablo IV like there video says and the cool features like scene and hot keys and flashes so upon ticket with Razer support several uninstall and reinstalls of their software i am lead to believe i have to ask for Diablo or Blizzard support staff to check into possible update to our side of the rgb scene control link in the game to support synapse 4 also prior to wipe i was running synapse three and before you ask there was no back up or save the the transfer feature to migrate synapse 3 to synapse 4 will not be possible i spent hundreds of dollars on these products and i just want them to work the way they are supposed to anyone that can help please reach out

did you find your solution? I just updated to Synapse 4. I have 3 Razer devices (KB, Mouse, mousepad) - I was playing D4 while it was updating and after reboot.. i was stuck with everything red (like D4 was running lol) - I loaded synapse 4. let it finish. rebooted. then the lighting was better but now it didnt work with D4.. re-boot again and they work now. Well, the KB and Pad react to the game like normal. The mouse doesnt. Its new so I dont know if it is supposed to..
