This season in phase 2 of the Lilith fight a few seconds into phase 2 there are some blisters that pop and 1 shot me. With sorcerer I can flame shield that and get past it, but with my druid I don’t have a similar option and I’ve tried standing every where on the map when those blisters pop and can’t find a safe place to stand.
I realize I could probably ramp up DPS and try to 1 shot her, but I’m looking to do the fight and wondering if someone has found a safe place to stand when those blisters pop in phase 2.
11,000 HP. Wearing Tyraels Might mythic armor so all resist around 87% armor 1200. I also have doombringer sword bringing more dmg resist. I think damage resist around 60% to 65%. I play this fight every season, those blisters have never been a problem before.
With the sorc, even with a maxed out manashield, without flameshield they still 1 shot me.
I can do it on torment 4 and know all the mechanics. The problem is #1 on a lower torment those blisters don’t one shot you, and #2 the reason for this email is I’ve looked for a safe place everywhere on the screen and can’t find it and looking for someone who knows how to avoid taking blister damage at the opening of phase 2 without using an invulnerable defense. There has to be some place to move to go to dodge it.
Basically looking for a Druid or Barb that did the fight without enough DPS to one shot her in phase 2. Outside of that initial blister pop in phase 2 all other things can be dodged. The mechanic / damage of that initial blister pop is definitely different this season that past seasons.
EDIT: it looks like if you give up on doing damage in that opening moment and go all the way to bottom of the screen, you can avoid that initial burst. From that point forward the blisters are far enough apart you can run and avoid the following blister blow ups.
Can do it with sorcerer. I figure out how to do it with the Druid last night. The answer to original question is to start diagonally lower right of Lilith spawn location and as soon as the first round of blisters form run to very bottom of screen. You can avoid that initial burst there.
