I’ve completed statues all on HC before Season 2. Decided to start up a Standard character fresh & no statues obtained on Season 6, but three are unobtainable because they don’t show up on my screen.
There’s 3 invisible statues & all in Kyovashad. I haven’t found any others so far but I’m still exploring the rest of the map (only started a couple days ago).

You are right, they are just… gone. Thats pretty weird. I hopped in game and checked those 3 spots, even on different difficulties. They are there for me if I have collected them already. Later I will start a new HC character and see if they are there since I havent collected any of them on HC.
I’ve also tried changing difficulty & turned off cross-play… Re-logged multiple times & played at different times of the day… just completely gone!
OH, I forgot to check back.
I created a new HC character (I do not have the statues collected on HC), checked all the difficulties I could, the statues were all there for me. Checked on my softcore character, they were there (but collected already). Checked eternal realm SC and HC. All there as well.
Sorry I couldnt replicate the issue, I tried tho lol. Yours are just… broken.
do you own the expansion?
if not, i’m gonna have to put on my tinfoil hat and guess that they are “bugged” if you don’t… 
kidding, of course, but with people crashing and not unable to even log back into the game at all after they hit 25 on their spiritborn trial and all the other stuff goin on (going wrong i should say), what’s next?
I bought it this past weekend yeah. Never had a Seasonal Normal character until after I installed.
EDIT: Appreciate the help & attempt in replicating it 
Had same problem with new char, when I use my old char(seasonal aslo) I found it.
more info,
1 logout and login the new char dose now help.
2 old char has unlocked other alter on this map before.
3 new char is at lvl 20, old char is at lvl 60
4 new char tried at nighttime, old char tried at day (in game time)
5 has the DLC
6 after the old char active the alter, the new char can see it on map, but not in real view.
