Is it guaranteed NOT to drop if ive killed her previous seasons? Or is that still kind of random?
it is supposed to drop on your first kill in s4. it doesnt matter if you killed her before.
however, for whatever reason, this is still not fixed sadly.

So it is possible if I kill her. Does anyone know if they will be awarded automatically when its fixed or whether she will need to be killed again?
No one knows, they haven’t said anything officially yet.
i personally assume you will have to kill her again, but as iggi said, there hasnt been any information on it yet.
