Hello, I have been trying to perform Lilith’s Echo but she doesn’t die because her life doesn’t go down from a certain point. I have a sorceress and I have tried all the levels of torment but her life doesn’t go down from a certain point. I thought I was the problem but in the end I saw that the same thing always happened and even though I was fighting for more than five minutes it still didn’t go down from a certain point.

You have tou fight it about 10 minutes before it dies.
Is that confirmed and true? I’ve tried on all the torments. Maybe 10% of the time I can get her to Phase 2 (though couldn’t kill her yet). Usually, she just sticks in Phase 1 and her health stops going down.

It is not confirmed at all. However it’s confirmed that it can’t die if you do too much damage in one phase. You have to go upper in torments or lesser in damage.
This is a known bug… if you do too much damage up front she’ll stop taking damage.
Lower her HP with a basic attack or something weaker until she summons the two adds. Then you can nuke her.
Hydras unfortunately do too much damage so if you’re running that build this season try just using ice shards (or a basic) to weaken her before dropping hydras.
