Similar to others - was under the impression that this was supposedly fixed in the latest patch, but killed Lilith on Saturday after the patch, and still no spark. This was on Torment 1, couch co-op.

I had a different experience. But I was playing solo. Maybe it has to be solo?
I’ve never killed Lilith before in any season, but just ran T1 yesterday and killed her. I never thought to look in my Unusual Materials until I saw your post, knowing I didn’t have a spark before killing her, i took a look, and now I do have one. Only way it could now be there was because of killing her. Go figure . . . ?
