Light’s walk dungeon - cleared the entire thing up to the locked door. The game said that I needed to kill Watchman Lead Sou and get his key, however he was nowhere in the dungeon.
Of note - I did do a cursed shrine event in the dungeon and got a conduit shrine. I used that conduit to run around like a maniac zapping people. I was running the west / south part and I may have killed Watchman Lead Sou and not realized it. Unsure if killing him with a conduit shrine made him not drop the key. If that’s not the case, then he simply didn’t spawn.

Same issue here; Watchman Lead Sou spawned in the floor and wouldn’t come out to play while clearing Light’s Walk for my Sorc.
