My last 5 uniques have been 3 Bloodless screams, 1 Razorplate and a Deathless Visage. Feels like drops are just out of wack for everyone. Nothing seems consistent and even though I’m 100% target farming for Lidless wall, I’m getting everything BUT it. This is going to be the new Tempest Roar for me and I’ll never see it 
. Just venting and sharing what I’ve seen so far since I’ve been in WT4 since 54 this season. Would be interested in seeing what all of you have seen.
In total I’ve seen:
8 Bloodless Screams
1 Razor Plate
3 4 Fists of Fate
4 Howl from Below
2 Blood Artisan’s Curass
3 Deathless Visage
2 Penitent Greaves
2 Greaves of the Empty Tomb
1 Mother’s Embrace
3 Deathspeaker’s Pendent
And I’ve yet to see a Lidless Wall at level 80.

Almost 96, I’ve gotten 2 lidless walls but no Mendeln or grieves of the empty tomb.
Blood Artisan’s was my most common necro unique I think, but I vendor most of my uniques and didn’t count them.
I have seen six Lidless Wall drops in total.
Soon to be 96 and I haven’t got one so far. Echohack said that he got his at lvl 97.
I did 1-99 on eternal, Never got mendeln.

Level 73, have had 3 Lidless drop - all within 24 hours
Got 2 from Sarat’s tier 40+

For me specifically. It’s made all the better by the fact I have no use for the item at all, though at this point I might take the hint and swap to some variant of the newly christened omnistorm build. Game keeps giving me the damn things, so I may as well use one of them.
I got 1 to drop right after the update went live but I never got a black river in that preseason character. Now my seasonal got a black river as one of my first few legendaries.
How are you target farming lidless wall? Where might I ask and what Tier dungeon or is it a specific one?
I got both the ring and then the shield hours apart. Don’t use either yet, still deciding if I want to try to work the shield in to build.
I read the items all have some regions with a higher chance to drop.
As I pretty much dont cherrypick dungeons because I know they are fast or easy but do all of them, I have seen every *normal *unique item available to necros (with a bit help of pure games luck/time invested into playing), though not the uber ones.
The same goes for my partybuddy druid who has lots of the “they dont exist” helmets aka tempest roar.
There’s a site that lists ways to farm multiple aspects and uniques in the game. It’s based on mob types to determine the most efficient way to farm since Blizzard publicly said specific mob types drop specific items more often. Target farmed only keys that fell into the Lidless Wall mob types. Ran normals when I didn’t have the specific nightmare keys yet.

Shield and ring by far is rarest for necro - during leveling from 60 to 90 (season) I got only 1 copy of each.
Random is Random, I got them at least 3 times each

No shield, but I have gotten about every other unique to drop. Running Mendeln ring build, highly recommend it if you find one. The damage is insane, solo’d a 52 nm at lvl 75 and think I could have pushed to 60.
I’ve drope 3 lidless wall one 5% one 15% and luckily one 25% . And im level 83 .
2 have been acquiered through NM dungeon reward , and one on Legion event chest .

Yesterday got another copy of lidless wall - got it in NM dungeon Iron Hold in the event (wandering soul)
It’s rare but which build gets enabled by it? I don’t think the comparison to Tempest Roar is fair. Mendeln on the other hand…
