Hi all - We are seeing the reports of console players running into licensing issues over the last hour. We have a fix for this that is rolling out to all players. Once this is out, you will need to restart your game on console and you shouldn’t run into this issue.
I will update once this hits all users. Expecting 30-45 mins at most.

Nope still not working. My ticket is 24 hrs old with still no resolution. The absolute last time I will spend a single penny on anything Blizzard.

Still not fixed please for the love of goodness. This should have been fixed by now. The game is a terrible slog with zero loot thanks for that but getting kicked out after I paid for this is insult added to injury.
I’m still experiencing this issue while grouping with friends on Xbox after restarting the game on my PS5 AND restarting the console.
Will test tomorrow. Playing on PS5, happened to me like at 8pm AST (Puerto Rico)
So are you holding PC players while this is fixed?

Can’t group, couch cop so bugged, console play is just bad, nothing tested…

but its been almost 3 days when the game service has been started
still cant accesse the dlc on steam
I have been trying to contact Blizzard customer service and Steam customer service, but still haven’t received any reply. The Blizzard team has also not actively provided responses and compensation measures. Now I have only one demand: add the DLC to my library!
We earnestly hope that the Blizzard team can attach great importance to this issue!

When are we getting bonus potions and opals and when are you fixing opals to actually provide reputation with the zakarum since they DO Not. Now? I have had to reload constantly because of the failures associated with this expansion. I think the least you can do as a company is provide 100 exlirs and 250 opals to compensate for this mess
I’m still having issues with the Shop telling me I need VoH to ourchase spiritborn items, but then says I have it when I “explore”.
I purchased both the Diablo 4 base game + VoH standard bundle AND the VoH Standard to Ultimate Upgrade. Both the bundle and the upgrade from xbox on xbox.
I can 't even express how frustrating this is. Midway through a realmwalker event my mercenary disappears. I look in my character sheet and don’t have the tab. Then I try to port to the Den and it’s not there even though you can see on my mapp all the places in Nehantu that I’ve explored. So, I have to log out. When I log in, I can see my Paragon level 123 Spiritborn, but she’s greyed out and I’m getting told I have to purchse the expansion that I purchased within two hours of the announcement of the DLC months ago. WTAF.
I get the same errors on xbox but after I try to login like 6 times in a row it lets me in but I start out with the errors each time I play the game
