The part of the problem is that some people on WT3 think the game is too easy. So, those people are just dying on WT2. Of course, these are the people who start a D3 season on Torment 10. So, I do not think anything coming out soon will please them.
Part of the problem is that some gamers are lazy. Rather than just Level in WT2, they have to figure out how to, as a Level 1, get into WT4 so that “leveling does not take forever, and then I can enjoy the game”. Of course, these people think that the game begins at End Game and anything less is boring.
