I am l even 59 and I do Nightmare Dungeons Tier 15-19, the mobs are lvl 70+, is this considered good? I love the Dungeon grind, do I do this until level 70 to reach the Torment IV? Or what else can I do to get to T4?
no one knows what progression is supposed to look like anymore. not even the devs.

I don’t mind, I like the game play so far, I just wanna get to T4 to fight ultimate enemies

Yeah, you should be doing NM’s that have mobs 10 levels higher than you or more. Doing more doesn’t give more XP really compared to the kill time. So just stay within that range. You should be able to clear the WT4 capstone, you’ll start getting ancient gear and will feel more progression.

No you can go in the capstone at any level. I did it at 54 I think. The WT4 mobs will be 75 thought I think, but if you can handle killing them then it’s worth it, you’ll get good XP and ancient gear that you can put on at 60.

Exp maxes out when mobs are 10 levels higher than you. Have fun grinding that blazing fast rate of 1 level per hour.

thats a great way to get put back in your place.
my sorc was clearing t20 sigils easily, tried capstone and got wrecked so hard i was worried about going back to t20 because the level was too close to capstone, so i should maybe dial it back to t15 for a while.
Just find your comfy spot 
I think your ideal sweet spot is when the monsters are 10 levels above you. This will allow you to get the maximum +exp% bonus. after that the monsters are just harder w/o bonus since it would be capped.
the only time I could maybe see a reason to go higher is if you want to fight 85+ monsters for a chance… a very very very low chance, of possibly getting those uber uniques to drop

I still need a few powers, and 2 more 4 affixes pieces, and ideally a wand/oh combo , then I’d be good, by 60-62 possibly
Meta/Elites, could clear that at 55ish maybe? But then, I dont have all lillith statues

I did tier 49 at 73, everything 1 hits me dont see how any squishy builds are going to make it too much higher than this without resistance working. Please nerf the ghosts!
I beat the capstone into Torment at level 57 on a shoutless barb build I improvised. I suspect I could have beaten him sooner had I got the balls to go in sooner.
Thing about Elias is, if you know his moveset and have prepared counter measures, you can knock 5 levels of your projections and get him sub level 60 quite easily.

Managed to solo it at 58, Don’t be alarmed when you enter WT4 and get dominated in overland content. They’re desperate to keep you in WT3 and play for longer.
Get to 60, try and grab a few easy Ancest items, hopefully a weapon and leave WT4 for a few hours to level up in WT3.
Yeah, the spots, where you have to change your gear from Normal to sacred, and from Sacred to Ancestral, can be a little tricky

If you can do NM16-19, you’re definetely ready for the start of WT4, or very soon
