I put down all sports games for good, not long ago. SO I been playing this game more than usual.
I been level 100 for weeks now. Pit level 94 I can clear, Gauntlet, Helltides, NMD…
Not one item I have on, has been updated in over a week.
Where can we farm higher end gear? This seems to be an issue.
Just randomly do things. and hope…

Let me repeat. As a Level 100 character and NO CLEAR area for higher end farming, the game becomes very boring.
I have been grinding now for about ten days and not replaced one item.
The Star Items, if you get lucky and find a One Star Item, often it is 60% Resistance vs whatever… on the item.
Nowhere in this game is unsafe for lower level characters. We need a HIGH tier area for better target farming.

Right now the best gear drops everywhere but it is most efficient to farm the Helltide boss, Maiden.
Your issue is the game has no sense of accomplishment in it and it’s an endless treadmill cycle

Only the solution is not to add more stuff post 100, the solution is to reduce early power and add stuff along the way more. And improve early-game gameplay in general (as opposed to skip or hasten)
As long as people feel reluctant to “start over” when done (or nearly done) people will have this “I’ve done everything, what now ?” type of issue
The other problem with “addressing” it is turning the game more and more into hard labor and chore (in other words game should have things that surprise players more often, not “long scaling earnables”)
And in general the quote from devs being said over and over again:

I have a stash tab FULL of the Blood, the Steel, the Black Drink I have hundreds of them, cause I have killed that Maiden Lady so much.
We need an area that only level 100 folks can dare enter, so we can have better target farming.
And having materials is a problem? If we had a target farming area, they’ll do what they’ve already done: nerf drop rates.
Exactly, why the devs bent over for the complainers is insane. They should have not made it so easy to get to Level 100. What is the point, cause once you get to Level 100, the game Boredom really sets in.
How many times have I done Helltides, Maiden. I have like 10 glyphs to level 21.
Stygian Stones could help, but theare are far too rare.
No sense of true accomplishment in this game.
What has caused you to sit up in your chair, ME NOTHING.
At some point your character is about as powerful as it will get. That is your clue that you are at the end.
What is the point of Boss Materials if we can not obtain the Sygian Stones…
I think I have 2000 Steel, 1600 Blood and I think about 1200 of the black drink.
The way we grind bosses… it gets annoying fast.
Well there are Tormented bosses, Uber Lillith, and Blood Maidens and Pit Bosses, and that’s about it
The problem (to me at least) is those things make the game too much “feast or famine” by design (there shouldn’t be an 2000x order of magnitude of difficulty between that and regular elites on the way, AND find other ways to make mobs work - other than increasing damage and HP), i.e. kinda find a way to improve the level of difficulty and interaction of the game without “slowing the heck of it” down
I mean I haven’t beaten any of those “aspiring content” stuff (yet), but why would that differ and “stand out” so much compared to everyone else (we need something in-between IMO)

The Pit drops the stones. Total RNG but it happens. I had 3 in an hour play session recently. But I hear you - need another way to obtain them.
Use the obols from PIT to gamble. Majority of my upgrades come with gambling.
Once you beat Pit 100, I think you are done for the season. Normal players like us will never able to beat 150 which is where the next acheivement is.
