Lets talk werewolf

First off let me say i have gotten my money out of the game and i enjoy it. Great game.

Claw - this is an ability with poor damage and zero utility. Every other generator is superior outside of maybe one niche build. Boy does it feel terrible to use. That would be fine if things like stormstrike didnt exist that offered massive utility. This ability needs a lot of love.

Blood howl - no real complaints but wow is this bland. Huge missed opportunity. It could be a whole lot better. How about a self buff without a huge delay and animation on a global cooldown that gives unstoppable and lifesteal maybe spirit cost reduction or bonus generation.

Werewolf ultimate. This ability is already useless by the time you get it. Huge cooldown and pathetic damage with no way to make it viable. Its a copy paste from d3 monk like every other ww ability, but worse.

Companions. I find it ridiculous i cant use these during werewolf rage. That aside…

Wolves have awful damage and awful ai. They soak a little pressure. Even with all legendaries to buff them this is pathetic. Aspect of alpha is laughable and seems broken.m regarding rabies spread. No reason to ever use this outside maybe stacking pets for bonus core skill dmg leg.

Ravens are useless outside long cd aoe vuln which is done better by stormstrike.

Creeper is the best out of the lot due to poison and aoe root with blurred beast, but this really only gets a slot because there is literally no other ability in many cases to use.

That leaves us with shred which is actually the only real WW ability in the entire game. Its fun but teleport strike is the only option due to blurred beast and mobility. Why does werewolf have ONE actual ability in the entire game? Can you please fix pathing it gets stuck constantly near terrain on the dash. Why does it not dash behind for blurred beast when on top of them? Yeesh.

Werewolf legendaries? Youre left with like 3. One so you can stormstrike with claw so it doesnt blow and has a use. Then the combo to make the bear ultimate crit hard and make it a werewolf ability. Until ancestral it appears thats it. Oh and blurred beast. Anything else doesnt matter. Aoe lightning on shred i guess.

Oh there is also rabies which is so bland… why is it just a very mild poison with no other real effect? No way to buff it with a legendary?

Feel like there are so so so many missed opportunities. Why does rabies not buff or benefit me when attacking something infected? No debuff on this? Wheres my warwick ultimate, my blood hunt, blood lust, chance to turn bitten enemies into wolf allies… hell i dont know.

Theres one ability for the build and its shred. Thats it. Then i use grizzly rage werewolf mode and hold down shred. Anything else is a damage loss. Oh blood howl instead of pressing potion. Could literally read, “free potion every 20 seconds.”

Now im having fun and i love the game, but the ww fantasy isnt even half baked its a starter concept.

I get that when i hit wt4 i can get some variety with somr diff legendaries. I still am missing quite a few werewolf abilities to choose from and any interesting legendaries for the build until then. The fantasy is dead. Ability interaction and synergy doesnt exist.
