Let's talk about the rewards from the Undercity!

What’s your personal favorite combination of tributes / bargains & why?

& Which ones do you think are “the best”, even if they may not align with being your personal favorite combo ?

(For example, at the moment I find myself being partial to the runes tribute & I do the armor bargain just in case the extra armor that drops is GA or gives me upgrades for my aspects list in the Codex , i guess because I find myself really wanting to get the defense aspects especially because usually they’re nice to have powered-up for endgame)

I don’t feel the bargains have much impact at all. I usually pick offensive legendaries in the vain hope to get an upgrade for my aspects, but it has yet to happen in hundreds of runs at this point.

I think the main issue with Undercity, though, rather than the rewards (which are fine when you are still not in T4/maxed out), is how tedious and repetitive the runs themselves are. They lack variety. It’s really fun the first time you do it, and then after that point it has less surprises in store than nightmare dungeons, which is saying a lot. The layouts are way too predictable; I’d suggest they should vary the contents a lot more. Make some super easy to max out the attunement, make some harder, make some 1% have 10 treasure goblins, etc. Just something more on par with Diablo 3’s handling of endgame activities. Undercity is incredibly, boringly determinative. It’s like running the same story dungeon over and over hundreds of times, knowing exactly where everything will be.

I think they need to dramatically boost the rewards one gets from tributes. I get the same normal everyday runes of which I already have 10 or 20, not near enough obducite (should probably be at least a thousand), and maybe one GA item with only one star. Oh, and don’t get me started on the Mythics nada zilch and squat. Come on Blizzard help us out!

I personally think that there should be at least one (or more) BONUS mechanics that reward players for killing mobs above and beyond attunement lvl4 , and / or something that rewards players for still having time left on the clock. They should translate into some extra reward(s) someway, somehow. Even if the bonuses are locked beyond having to reach a certain Torment level or w/e
