Let's talk about corpse explosion exploding just ONE corpse

Corpse explosion is fun. But I feel like I am playing Street Fighter as a kid that mashes the button over and over again.
It already does not cost any resource, so why won’t we have it explode all corpses in radius, instead of having to click it like crazy. With Reap, Skeletal Reapers and Hewed Flesh you have so many corpses you never stop pressing that button even when you are fighting boss. I did not measure, but I would say it is probably 200+ CPM (clicks per minute) for Corpse explosion

Probably be a little OP if you could detonate them all at once but I agree I dislike the ability and how it feels to use.

CD would probably fix that, somewhere between 1-2 secs so it would still not be useless and neither op and we could get rid of the button mashing fatigue

You do know you can just hold the button down, no mashing required.

To “fix” this problem it would be enough to add a perk that can detonates more corpses if they are close to each other but not with 100% damage. (40%? 60%?)
And also with a maximum limit of bodies (e.g. 10) that can simultaneously explode, with a cooldown.

think corpesexplosion always been one corpse at a time, cant relay rember, and i use it as shadow dmg anyways now, becuse it feels better.

kb and mouse u just press and hold and hover around corpses , dont need to click anything over and over ,

are u using controller ?

There’s a weapon called “Black River” that transforms corpse explosion so it consumes up to 4 corpses around and deals more damage and increases the area, so may want to search it.

I too miss the glory days of exploding all the corpses.

But in this game you need some of those to keep your minions up.

Exploding all of them wouldnt be good.
But see above the leggo that lets you blow 4 at once
