For example, if you wear a specific sword and shield, there would be a small Lightning Nova every time you block an attack. Nothing too powerful.

I could get behind that idea, where a ‘set’ is a cosmetic or visual effect. Not related to power. This is actually a really good idea.

Becomes more of a rare transmog collectors thing that adds new visual skill effects etc.
