I’m going back to play some old single player RPGs from a bygone era that I never got around to trying.

I recommend Beyond the Beyond. It’s an old PSOne game with some wicked but generally fair difficulty. Story’s pretty enjoyable too, provided you’re down with that good old JRPG feel. You might also consider Star Ocean: The Second Story. Its PSP remake didn’t do it justice.

Yeah…

I’m going to go back to games that end after 20-60 hours but are super fun the entire time instead of paid titles that grind out like free games.

No more Diablos / Path of Exiles / Whatevers ^^;

The D3 story is nice but I like the open world. Don’t you?

After the patch today I logged in and played 1 dungeon. It felt so much worse and took forever. I logged out after the dungeon and have spent the rest of my day playing Morrowind. I made the right decision.

I’ve been harping on this now since D4 released. Try Wolcen. It’s like 10 dollars on Steam and is better in every way. It’s a little clunky but has stat points, skills you upgrade with bonuses, a talent wheel, tons of gear, pets that pick up gold, transmog, dyes, a good story…like it’s better than D4 in every way and dirt cheap.

Me too! So far I’ve been enjoying Baldur’s Gate 1, looking forward to BG2 after that. Never touched Planescape: Torment or any of the Fallouts either.

Im playing monster hunter world right now. From scratch. Its painful. But at least its not that painful…

Freaking purple allasurus just annihilated me though. I forgot how to dodge him, used to be big fun to beat him in my skimpy stripper bone armor, but now…I may have to use the defender armor just to farm his hide and then wear him like a suit, out of principle.
