I want my Sorcereress to wear Lilith’s Dress. All classes should wear a version of Lilith’s Dress. This should be preferably a unlockable outfit to those who completed the Campaign, but I know you will probably put it at in-game store anyway to rip our money… whatever.
Also, I think ideally only female versions of the characters should wear Lilith’s Dress, but I think some players will enjoy putting Lilith’s Dress on their male characters too.

The idea is not bad when it comes to Bosses. Beast of Ice, for example, could leave his sword cosmetic, etc. but then what do I get from Duriel, his claws?
Duriel should drop a blowpipe weapon for rogues shooting small giggling goblins that are armpit farting poison.

Actually, Diablo Immortal does that all the time (although in a VERY predatory way), making outfits and weapon skins based on some creatures or factions from Diablo lore, which also included both Lilith and Inarius themselves, Baal and The Butcher. Some of them look amazing, and some others look hideous, and the rest in-between. But it shows this is definitely possible, it is just strange Diablo IV developers did not think of doing something similar in their own game.
Sorceress with Facial Hair also wants to wear the dress and feel pretty.
Sounds like a job for Al Bundy…
