Let us use NM keys on whatever Dungeon we want

Let me go to the dungeon, and when I enter, let me use a NM key at the start. Or click the key, and the key is applied to the next dungeon I enter.
I get bored running the same ones over and over.
They shouldn’t be bound to a certain dungeon.

So you want Greater Rifts from Diablo 3? With slightly more steps.

Or skeleton key dungeons in grim dawn. Although those are much longer and complicated.

Greater Rifts didn’t let you choose which layout you got. Nor the enemies. Nor anything really.

I feel like almost everyone will be running the same ones over and over if they do as you suggest. In fact, I don’t see how you could possibly be getting the same sigil over and over in the current system.

Good thing for you they change the dungeons each season! That way you don’t have to keep running the same ones over and over!
