Shouldn’t be a problem to show me the mount you’re referring to which is supposedly identical to a free mount then.
Brakish mount, its free now if you have prime (which i do) so yeah i spent money on it for no reason.
I hope you’ve learned your lesson to not ever use an in game store. Frankly, if you are dumb enough to do that in the first place, you deserve the harshness of the lesson.

Oh, that. Yea I accepted that for free but I’m not using it since I’m using my Uber Lilith mount that you can barely tell the difference of compared to a common mount drop and can’t tell the difference at all if you put on mount armor.

Asking op for information that should have been in the original post. It’s not hard.
If you are a prime member, are you not paying for it? Do you not have to pay for prime? I’d say that it wasn’t really free then. I think some people just need to calm down a bit on the game, stop with all the Karen stuff it is getting old.
Also it is a game shop for people to buy stuff if they want it. As one poster put about the white wolf pup. Yes there is one from the rogue side of the cosmetics shop. It was there when the game started. It is not the same as the black wolf pup as it is white. But for people who do collect stuff like this, and it does happen in the computer games.
I would imagine it was put there for people who didn’t get or do the beta and can have one too. Yes, it is different but who cares. It’s not the same one we all got in the beta and the pre orders.
People collect things from different marketing ploys. Look at any MMO to include WOW, SWTOR to name 2 they all have it, and all do it.
Just because Timmy has the super-duper tricycle with zippy streamers and led lights in the big wheel does not mean you cannot have it as well.

These types of things happen all of the time and I know what you mean on it. I for one have had it happen as well to me in getting things in online shops and then it goes on sale or what not.
It happens and think if you don’t have prime, you got that mount and still don’t have Amazon prime and didn’t pay for it through a Prime subscription.
Now if you do have prime and you did buy it before hand and such then yes Id make a ticket, or call customer service and say hey how about a discount or perhaps a money back deal. There are ways to rectify a situation.
Remember not everything needs a burn the town down reaction to it, just saying.
