Legion Event Missing Loot

There is a very big problem with the legion event loot system:

Some people are not able to get the spectral charger mount.
Tried it over 65 times on two characters.
And there are people with a lot more runs!
Really frustrating…

I’ve also heard of people who only get white and blue items. Not a single yellow or orange one…

Can confirm, done over 100 legion runs, 20+ world bosses, 30+ nightmare dungeons, not a single mount or mount armor drop… it’s bugged. Ultimate edition on Xbox.

I have gotten the special horse 15 different time frames. We’re only getting a legendary every 10 run and 1 unique after 100 runs
