Legendary Drops

Hello everyone,
I play Diablo 4 on PS5, I wanted to ask you if you also have the problem that legendary drops are displayed but they disappear and you can NOT get them? Is this perhaps a bug? If so, will it be fixed?

I would be happy if someone could help me soon.

I have noticed the same thing yesterday. Even when i try and loot them. They do not show up in my bag. Now i am dealing with the loot issue and really bad lag and stuttering.

I hope several people have it and it will be fixed soon, because it’s no fun like that.
