Here to report that after completing the first dungeon to find the Forgotten Codex, upon exit from the dungeon I was unable to use any skills on my sorcerer. I didn’t check if it also bugged out potion use and dodge mechanic. Anyway, the game fixed itself after I made it to Mordarin and spoke with him.
