Ive asked similar questions before - instead of adressing the issue my posts has been deleted, by staff.
ive payed 110usd for the game, and i kinda expected more…even after a long ptr, the game is still riddled with bugs, classes can freely exploit bugs to reach 150 pit…which just happened on the spiritborn AGAIN…same with the sorc…the necro hit 150 in day 2, which shows how overpowered it is.
Its like Blizzard doesnt care, doesnt do anything towards balance, which was an issue during ptr.
I would like to know why it takes blizzard months to adress things, that a company like GGG can solve y hotfix in hours or a few days.

Blizzard doesnt fix bugs in a season, as long as they arent affect server performance of client performance.
Not only that but other companies, especially live service ones, are far more transparent in their communications with the communities.
Simple things like a Twitter Post “We have been made aware of some important bugs (barb passive skills not functioning at all which is really happening right now as an example). Here is a list of the bugs we are currently aware of and expect to have fixes for. The patch to address these particular bugs should release on (date). If there are any changes we will keep the community updated.”
Instead Blizzard’s philosophy in communications is this. “…”
They honestly don’t. That’s the unfortunate truth at the end of the day. Their passion is purely money. I would say the only truly passionate team on the payroll is the art department. Sound and visuals, on point. Everything else? Here’s a crumb, give me all your money.
