I’m disappointed yet again from this design point.
The NPCs don’t even say anything even remotely cool or funny.
They don’t talk to each other or randomly chatter if your afk.
Thanks for learning and improving on the D3 design yet again!
Let alone their basic and boring combat/gear spell implementation.

Agree. The whole merc/bartering thing is yet another why?-moment.
They could improve it, but it’s not game breaking.
