edit: There is a large cursor option in the accessibility options menu.
Really need this. Can’t tell which direction my ice shards will shoot half the time because I need to teleport to the middle of the action to frost nova immediately before letting loose. Where is the cursor? Who knows! If I take too long to find it, I miss out on my vulnerability window. So spam away and hope for the best! 
A highlighted large cursor option would be a godsend.
There is a small/medium/large cursor setting in options. No highlight though. But large is beefy.

You know, I used that for the first beta and completely forgot it existed. Stupid me.
Large cursor is still too small and hard to keep track of in my opinion, I play on an ultrawide. I would very much like to have an option to make it larger and change it’s color to something with significant color contrast and brightness. Other arpgs allow for this, and it improves playability significantly… I’m not sure why or how this was overlooked, but I hope it’s addressed at some point in the future.
I myself use the large cursor and keep my barb lady highlighted
Yeah, even on 4k the “Large” basically just brings the cursor to what I would consider a normal size.
Considering the big focus on accessibility this is a weird one, you can make your character a different colour, but god knows where your cursor is.
On a similar note, I’ve found in D4 the “you are about to die” sounds/flashes are way harder to see/hear.
Come on blizz, some of us were around when the original released, we aren’t as young as we used to be…

Having a LARGE cursor option is helpful, however, I still lose track of my cursor at times. I would like an option to change the color, so it stands out.
Or be able to use add-ons like in WoW.

All the ppl that keep mentioning you can change the size, everybody here knows that by now, but the real issue is the cursor that they decided to use was an AWFUL choice for larger screens
