I’m experiencing this bug on PS4 after having successfully used two Tributes of Radiance back to back. If I try to use Tribue of Radiance (Resolute OR United) again and use the passive ranks bargain for 50M the portal to start the undercity does not open and it also doesn’t consume the tribute or gold. Any other bargain or tribute and it opens fine.
Tried logging out & restarting, did not help. I’m unsure if maybe it is unintentionally being time gated and will need to try again in 24 hours to see if its usable again.
Multiple reports on reddit of the same bug show that the bug also appears on PC so it does not seem to be platform specific. According to reports, it appears that the amount of times you can use this tribute / bargain combo before getting locked out is random (in my case after 2 uses, others have used many more).
It’s frustrating as it’s preventing me from being able to farm for a multiple passive ranks amulet to complete my blood necro build.
