Well anyone could of told you that. Liliths drops have always been that way since Day 1.
if its your first time killing her, you should have gotten a mount as well. Early days of killing her back in s0-s1 there wasnt even any drops and sometimes if you killed her the game would crash and you couldnt even loot the items that did drop. (the mount was the item mostly people couldnt loot) so they patched it and had it a claimable item at the stables.
Check the stables and see if you have a new mount unlocked (its a blood horse with pedals falling around it)
you get a mount and a resplendent spark, which is 1/4th of an uber. what did you want?
you also get a title.

she is where you go when you have the full gear. She isn’t there to gear you up. she should give something though maybe a cosmetic.

just to be sure, you can imagine ive seen a lot on the forums… did you check your “materials tab” on your character screen? thats where the sparks are
