Keyboard macro in Diablo 4 BAN?

Can you use a keyboard macro in Diablo 4 to continuously trigger abilities? Rob does it like this.

If one key press equals one action, you’re fine. Anything other than that you might get your hand slapped.

Its a grey area, however I do know in the past and some talks Macros that do more than one function such as multiple key presses on a single button typically is a no go and could result in actions against your account.

#2, the references automation would likely be where one would get nabbed.
