This is prolly just a me issue, since there are maybe 2 of us who play lefty, but I cannot keybind Bracket, aka “[” as a keybind, which as a lefty is one I really like using. Not a major thing, but it is likely a bug or an oversight.
I came here to post this topic, but saw yours so I’m tagging along. I am exactly the same way. I use O, P, [, and ] for the basic skill bar. I’m forced to play on gamepad this beta because I can’t find a combination of keybinds that works for me comfortably since I’ve been playing D3 this way for over a decade and it moves my right hand too far to the center if I use U, I, O, and P so that I can’t hit the modifier keys at all.
