keep getting error code 1016.
game is unplayable.
have deleted and redownloaded battle net and diablo 4.
have reset modem. and manipulated every setting that I can think of.

Same issue here. Battlenet desktop app is connecting just fine but Diablo 4 apparently isn’t capable of doing that

Tried the Blizz troubleshooting steps? It’s an issue on your end.
I have the same problem. I’ve done everything but I can’t solve it. Connection is stable, battlenet is working normally.

No refunds after 2 hrs of gameplay.
1016 is a general disconnect error. It could be a failure at any point between your computer and Blizzard.
Run a traceroute to try to find out where the issue is.

season 2 and still so many bugs. cant log in properly still many invisible wall.
