Yesterday i played couple hours without any problem. But today when i try to log in, i keep geting error code 30001. I play on laptop with wifi connection. Does anybody know how to fix it? I tried to connect laptop directly to internet whitch solved the problem. But i unfortunately need to play on wifi.

same problem except i am wired in and getting the same problem, just keeps disconnecting from diablo 4

okay… so i turn on VPN and suddenly i can log in. lol

Ive been getting the same thing, except on my Series X, I try to play and it just gives me the error code.

I am trying to play the game on PC.
I tried using other internet connections, but the only thing that worked was my phone data.

Yeah same issue here, it keeps telling me that I’ve been disconnected and need to reconnect again. It happened after some sort of crash, and it’s not getting away. Is is actually utter bullsh**. I am so frustrated and angry

Same exact thing happened to me last night. Game froze while playing then wouldn’t let me log back in. Getting error 300001 code saying I can’t connect, I am hard wired in. I updated everything on my pc, scanned and repaired in battle net, restarted my internet.
I am the same way. This same error happened to me in the first public beta, then in the second public beta it didn’t give me any error and I thought they had already fixed it but now it happens every time I log in.
It lets me log in but when I get to the screen to start the game my character does not appear and I have to wait several minutes until I get the error.
I have tried all the solutions I have found on the internet but it is still the same.
Same for me. Kept getting error code: 300001 at work on public wifi. Bought a VPN and now there’s no issue!

And yes, I’ve getting this on Xbox for 3 days now. It’s ridiculous.

Ok, solved it! In my case that is, don’t know if would work for you.
I need to run Battle Net client in Administrator mode. I now can download any updates and not hang my entire network and play the game.
sadly administrative mode did not fix for me 30 min in to playing on the 4th and boom dc
EDIT: Administrative mode on the game file seems to have worked!
This game is buggy as all hell u don’t get ur gear to drop. The bosses. Freezing screen play allowing u to be stuck in place as they kill u I have got kick from sever from the game has been launch like code with 1016 or 39002 or 30001 rubber band effect bosses way over power n stuff but u want my review complete garbage refund for every one who spent 100 on this game Diablo one two n three were way better
Same problem here. (Pc) I cannot run higher dungeons because the game is loosing connection over and over again and everything is lost for me. Very frustraring and needs to be fixed asap.
