keep corrupted data! when i scan n repair no corrupte file! i already reinstall diablo4 change ssd/hdd/m.2 and format windows stil the same problem!

Check Windows Event Journal errors (especially System category). Your RAM could be faulty. Check it using Windows memtester or https://www.memtest86.com/
You formatted Windows you saying. What Windows system?
Did you formatted only the OS or partition with Diablo and BattleNet client as well?
2 possible things here:
there is a known firmware issue with samsung evo drives and they needed to be updated asap before bricking. you should contact SS support for warranty if the drive is bad. The issue applies to all the EVO line, not just the 2TB ones in the description.
download samsung magician software and check / update the drive
